This Terms of Use ("Agreement") governs the use of software tools developed by or for Integralytic for its own internal business operations.

1. Scope of use

Our internal tools are licensed solely for use by authorized Integralytic personnel in connection with Integralytic's own business operations. They are not licensed for use by, or distribution to, any other individual, company, or organization.

2. License grant

Integralytic grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use its internal tools strictly for authorized internal business purposes.

3. No warranty

Our internal tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

4. Restrictions

These tools may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or made available to any third party.

5. Termination

Use of these tools may be discontinued at any time at Integralytic's discretion.
